O Setembro <strong>AMARELO<\/strong> tem extrema import\u00e2ncia, pois o suic\u00eddio \u00e9 um problema grave e que pode ser evitado. Estima-se que a cada 40 segundos uma pessoa se suicida no mundo e aproximadamente 1 milh\u00e3o de pessoas se suicidam a cada ano.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo dados da <strong>Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade (OMS)<\/strong>, nove em cada dez mortes por suic\u00eddio podem ser evitadas. Isso indica que a preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental para reverter essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, garantindo ajuda e aten\u00e7\u00e3o adequadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Como podemos ajudar na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do suic\u00eddio?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A primeira medida preventiva \u00e9 a educa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 preciso quebrar tabus, compartilhar informa\u00e7\u00f5es, esclarecer, conscientizar, estimular o di\u00e1logo e abrir espa\u00e7os para campanhas que ajudam a evitar o suic\u00eddio e mudar essa realidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devemos ficar alertas para as seguintes situa\u00e7\u00f5es que d\u00e3o ind\u00edcios de que a pessoa est\u00e1 precisando de ajuda:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Altera\u00e7\u00e3o no sono e apetite;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Desinteresse nas coisas que antes gostava de fazer;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-N\u00e3o tem a mesma produtividade na escola, faculdade ou trabalho;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Descuido com a apar\u00eancia;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Se isola de amigos e familiares;<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-Fala muito frases de morte como &#8220;preferia estar morto&#8221; ou &#8220;quero desaparecer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A campanha de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o do Suic\u00eddio \u00e9 evidenciado no m\u00eas de setembro de todos os anos desde de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2015,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mas \u00e9 importante ficar atento em todos os demais meses!
